We are honored to have the following three members of our culinary community to be the judges for our competition.
Richard Hattaway
Chef Richard Hattaway is a southern native that has a passion and love for food and beverage, the restaurant industry, and the Pacific NW. He has spent two decades in top kitchens in the Southeast honing his craft and creating simple fresh food.
Scott Peters
Scott is CEO of Columbia REA as well as an avid BBQ Pitmaster. Scott has been perfecting his skills over many years and has perfected the art of delivering mouth watering BBQ every time.
Chris Capps
Scott is the Bistro Chef at the Walla Walla Community College and brings 20 years of experience cooking and managing restaurants to this competition.
